Chef Angelo is the owner of Añejo – a Michelin Recommended restaurant in New York City's Hell's Kitchen neighborhood. In 2014, after graduating from ChoiceCenter, he opened a second location in TriBeCa that serves modern takes on traditional Mexican cuisine that are engineered to complement the restaurant's vast tequila list. Zagat, the Wall Street Journal, the New York Post and numerous others have celebrated his flavors.
Chef Angelo has also just released a second cookbook – Healthy Latin Eating – in collaboration with radio and television personality Angie Martinez. In the forward, he thanks ChoiceCenter Founder and CEO Robyn Williams for her support and inspiration: "To Robyn Williams, Founder of ChoiceCenter, thank you for inspiring me to see my vision for my life."
